Chris’ obsession with wheels began over twenty years ago. He was involved in the sport of freestyle bicycling in the early eighties and spent ten years touring with Mongoose and GT factory teams before joining the world renowned “Cirque De Soleil” production entitled "Fascination". After performing Japan, Chris began to research new performance ideas. A friend showed him a photo of a man in a wheel. He wanted to try one, built a few sizes and spent the next few years in training. During this time he received encouragement and performance ideas from his friends in the circus world. Wheelwork is the result of this collaboration.
